Again uploading something I just recently finished, rather than older stories. And again another story where too much of what happens is explaining how everything in the setting operates. This is why I don't do shit with extraterrestrial or futuristic stuff more often.

Anyway, I have a habit of writing single-word notes of things I need/want to buy on my hands and arms right before I go out on errands. One day, on the way to the bookstore, I wrote "Beyond" on my forearm to remind myself that I already have Beyond Seiryo University, so that I would know which of that series I could buy. I actually didn't end up buying any other books of that series, but on the way home I looked down at my arm, and the first scene of this story flashed through my mind.
